Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, rector of the University of Tlemcen, presided, on Saturday, December 02, 2023 in the auditorium of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, Earth and Universe Sciences, and in the presence of the vice-rectors of the University of Tlemcen, the deans of the faculties , the rector of the University Ain Temouchent Pr.BELHADJ Bouchaib, the director of the school sup'Professor ZIADI Abdelkader, the Director of the Institute of Applied Science and Technology and the Chair of the Committee for Applied Science and Technology, the closing ceremony of the 3rd doctorial week which is dedicated to promoting the visibility of the research work being carried out as part of doctoral theses and to encourage doctoral students to better take charge of the valorization of their work. 
During his speech, Mr. Rector of the University of Tlemcen thanked all those who contributed to the success of this event. The objective of the organization of these scientific activities is to enhance the research efforts and their opportunities and create a spirit of competitiveness between the doctoral researchers of the different faculties of the University of Tlemcen in order to encourage innovation and creativity, stressed Pr. Meghachou Mourad. 
Moreover, Pr. Bourjiba Tariq, Vice-Rector of the University On May 8, 1945, Galma, a member of the National Commission for the Promotion of the Visibility and Ranking of Higher Education and Scientific Research Institutions, presented a conference on the challenges facing higher education and scientific research institutions to improve their international rankings. 
The competition was held during the period from November 11 to November 18, 2023, and aims to enhance the visibility of the activities and results of scientific research conducted by doctoral students in the laboratories of the University of Tlemcen.
